1 cup milk
1/4 cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
1 ripe banana
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
4 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients, except ice cubes, in blender and blend until smooth. Add ice and blend just until ice is crushed. Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
