ingredients
* 1 cup cooked or canned chickpeas
* 2 tablespoons lemon juice
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 4 tablespoons butter
* 1 teaspoon ground cumin, as desired
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, as desired
* 1/2 cup pine nuts, fried
* 2 cloves garlic, crushed with a dash of salt
making chickpeas in oil
* Drain warm chickpeas. Put in a bowl.
* Mix with garlic, lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, cinnamon and melted butter.
* Garnish with pine nuts and 1/2 teaspoon of cumin and olive oil.
* Serve with tomatoes and green onions.
