* 16 ounces chopped chicken, skinless and boneless
* 3 cloves garlic, crushed
* 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
* 1 tablespoon salt, as desired
* 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
* 1 teaspoon ground mixed 7 spices
* Vegetable oil, for frying
* 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, as desired
* 2 eggs, beaten with a dash of white pepper
* 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

* Mix onion, parsley, garlic and chicken.
* Add salt, mixed spices and pepper.
* Process well in a food processor. Put aside.
* Add 1/4 quantity beaten eggs to mixture with 1/4 cup breadcrumbs.
* Knead into a firm mixture.
* Divide into finger shape pieces.
* Dip in eggs then breadcrumbs.
* Deep fry in hot oil till golden and tender.
* Remove with a slotted spoon.
* Serve hot with salads.
