Ingredients:
1 Koki whole frozen Chicken, cut into serving pieces.
1/2 cup white vinegar or, cider.
2 tablespoons Soy sauce.
5 cloves garlic, crushed.
Salt and pepper.
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
2. Bring to boil and simmer for up to 20 minutes until Koki chicken is cooked and tender.
3. Excellent served with rice and a side of diced tomatoes, sliced scallions, seasoned with salt and pepper.
