Ingredients:
* 2 chickens
* 12 tablespoonsful of corn oil
* 6 tomatoes pureed
* 10 black peppercorns
* cardomom seeds
* 3 cinnamon sticks
* salt
Cooking Instructions
* Clean the chickens and brush with flour and salt; then cut into quarters.
* Heat the oil and fry the spices in the oil till brown.
* Add the chicken pieces and stir until golden brown.
* Add the tomato puree and salt; simmer until the chicken is cooked.
* Serve with white rice.
